Recycling Programs
New Haven Recycling
City of New Haven residential recycling collections are performed on "A" week.
SINGLE STREAM RECYCLING HAS COME TO NEW HAVEN 
With single-stream recycling, you no longer have to sort your recyclables into two separate bins. New, convenient, yellow-top
Serv-All carts can handle all of your recyclables – including plastics
#1 through #7.
HERE IS HOW YOU CAN PARTICIPATE
- Call Serv-All at 747-4117 and they will deliver to your home one yellow-top container for recyclables
- All recyclables are to be placed in this one container (no sorting is required)
- Plastics #1 through #7 are accepted (look on the bottom of containers for numbers enclosed in recycling arrows)
- Collection is every other week
- Place your recycling cart near your trash cart leaving a 3 foot space between the two
